When will I be able to use MindFind?
Not yet: MindFind is in development. Search with filters, recommendations with their reasons, profiles, bookings, the calendar and chat are already built and being tested, without public access. Between-session follow-up and private notes are in preparation, and AI remains switched off. There is no open sign-up yet and no download on Google Play or the App Store. In the meantime, this page shows what we are building for clients and psychologists.
What will be free and what will I pay for?
For clients, MindFind will be free: the platform will not charge fees for invitations or sessions. Sessions are paid separately, at the price you agree with your practitioner. For psychologists, a single subscription is planned, covering visibility to new clients and practice tools. It has no price yet and nothing is being charged.
Will I be able to invite clients I already see?
Yes, it will be part of the between-session follow-up we are preparing. The client will have to accept the invitation and, in some cases, you will have to confirm it afterwards. Booking an appointment or opening a chat does not activate follow-up on its own.
Will I have to use artificial intelligence?
No. You can search with filters, without AI, and recommendations are based on rules that explain their reasons. There are two optional AI features, both switched off for now: one to help you describe what you are looking for in a practitioner, and one to help practitioners organise their written notes and get suggested conclusions from the fields they choose. The practitioner always reviews the result, and nothing is confirmed or published automatically. It does not record, transcribe, diagnose or provide therapy.
Who will receive my text if AI is switched on?
The planned AI is provided by OpenAI. In search, it would receive your message and your draft preferences; in notes, only the text fields needed for the task the practitioner requests. It is not active now: before switching it on, the data protection requirements and the corresponding assessment must be completed. The practitioner choosing fields and reviewing the result does not replace those obligations.
Can I use chat in an emergency?
No. Each practitioner replies according to their availability and the limits they set. Chat is not an emergency channel and does not offer round-the-clock care. If you are in immediate danger, call 112; if you are having thoughts of suicide, in Spain you can call 024.
Will I be able to download my information?
Yes. The app includes downloading your data and deleting your account. Each person downloads what concerns them. This download does not replace a formal request to access your data made to the data controller, nor does it mean working notes fall outside that right.
